01What size businesses do you work with?
We work with founders and growing businesses — typically from seed stage through Series B, and occasionally larger. What matters is the problem, not the headcount. If your finance function is holding you back, we can help.
02Do you replace our existing finance team?
No. We partner with your existing team — extending capacity, building capability, and filling gaps. In some early-stage situations, we act as the finance function entirely until you're ready to hire internally.
03How quickly can you get started?
Typically within one to two weeks of an initial conversation. We begin every engagement with a rapid diagnostic — so the first output is useful, not theoretical.
